Darling Homes, Trendmaker Homes to Bring Patio Designs to the Village of Sawmill Lake

Darling Homes and Trendmaker Homes will offer luxury patio home designs in the Village of Sawmill Lake, Sienna Plantation’s newest village by The Johnson Development Corp.

Darling Homes will offer 19 one- and two-story patio homes on 55-foot homesites in the Rosewood neighborhood. The distinctive floor plans, ranging from 1,900-3,000 square feet, will feature private master suites, large secondary bedrooms, gourmet kitchens, media rooms and covered porches. Trendmaker Homes will offer another 19 luxury patio homes on 60-foot homesites in the Rosewood neighborhood.
