Perry Homes Debuts Townhomes in Sienna

Sienna offers everything from patio homes to custom homes, and for the very first time luxury townhomes are making their debut in the Fort Bend community.

Perry Homes is offering two-story townhomes in The Enclave at Water’s Edge, located near the Sienna Plantation Golf Club. Thirty-six homesites are available. Several homes have been sold and more are currently under construction.

Perry has been building homes in Sienna for the past 18 years, but this is the first time they have offered townhomes.

“This is new for Sienna and a new product for Perry,” said Tray Cunningham, sales representative for Perry Homes. “It opens up a whole new area for people looking for luxury townhomes.”

Perry is offering six plans and four different exteriors — Mediterranean, Traditional Mediterranean, Spanish and English Tudor. Two model homes are open.

Designs feature include morning areas, island kitchens, two-story entries with 20-foot ceilings and covered patios. Master suites will be located on the second floor, along with libraries that can flex into exercise or hobby rooms. Some plans will offer balconies. Designs, priced from the $300,000s, range from 2,286 to 2,425 square feet.

Perry Homes also offers single-family homes in Sienna’s new community, Village of Sawmill Lake. Homes there are priced from the $310,000s.
