For those looking for a city aesthetic, HistoryMaker Homes at Parkway Place is the answer. These stately, two-story townhomes offer up to three bedrooms and 1,742 square feet. Pricing is from the $280,000s.

Single-Family Homes

Home buyers have a broad choice when it comes to single-family homes in Sienna. Twelve builders offer homes priced from under $300,000 to more than $1 million. And because Sienna is developed as a community where you can buy your first home, your second home, your third home and your fourth home (and yes, people have done that!), several of our builders offer multiple collections of floor plans in varying price points. J. Patrick Homes and Jamestown Estate Homes build on the largest homesites in Sienna, with designs for 90-foot properties. Priced from the $880,000s, J. Patrick Homes has 10 beautiful designs in Sienna offering four to five bedrooms, three to six baths and three- to four-car garages. One- and two-story designs are available.

Jamestown Estate Homes is almost sold out in Sienna. The builder has two inventory homes, including a 4,047-square-foot move-in-ready home that has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a game room, espresso bar and other custom features.
