Bees Crossing Now Open!

Home sales have just started in our newest neighborhood, and it’s one we think you’re going to love!

Bees Crossing is located along Sienna Parkway and McKeever Road in Sienna’s northern section, putting residents near the many shops, restaurants and other conveniences found in this part of Sienna. The Fort Bend Parkway toll road is about 1.25 miles away. Never worry about running out of milk or fuel — The Market at Bees Creek is right across the street, featuring Sienna Market & Deli, Sushi Monster restaurant, a dry cleaners, Shell gasoline and more.

Another kind of fuel is just down the road at bean here coffee — a tea and coffee shop and roastery.

There are three churches within a mile, as are dental offices, preschools, an animal hospital and Harvest Market. Sienna’s Highway 6 entrance — along with H-E-B and a variety of restaurants — is just two miles away. In the opposite direction, swimming, tennis and concerts at the lakeside amphitheater are just over a mile away at Club Sienna. Sawmill Lake Club is less than three miles. And you can get to your child’s soccer game at Camp Sienna in a jiffy, as the sports complex is just three miles away.

There are plenty of parks and playgrounds between Bees Crossing and the already-mentioned amenities, but residents will also have their own neighborhood park. The Woods Park in Bees Creek offers six acres of forest with a 1-mile trail loop and park benches. Plus, the Resort at Sienna Springs is a scenic 3-mile drive.

Just a little farther down the road is the new Fort Bend Town Center, where you can catch the latest blockbuster at Cinemark, have a bite to eat at Olive Garden and shop for that someone special at James Avery.

Two of Sienna’s tried-and-true builders — Shea Homes and Perry Homes — are offering new homes in Bees Crossing. Now selling, Shea Homes has three one-story designs ranging from 1,624 to 1,866 square feet and five two-story plans offering 2,134 to 2,588 square feet. Buyers can select from three to five bedrooms. Several floor plans have a home office, a game room and flex space, and structural options give buyers more opportunities to customize their homes. Perry Homes has also started sales in Bees Crossing, offering 13 one- and two-story floor plans that range in size from 1,500 to 2,443 square feet. Young residents in Bees Crossing are expected to attend Sienna Crossing Elementary, Baines Middle School and Ridge Point High School — all located within Sienna. Parents, however, are encouraged to check with Fort Bend ISD to confirm which school their child will attend.
