Sienna buyers looking for the convenience of townhome living can visit with Chesmar Homes and HistoryMaker Homes, both of which offer townhome designs in the community. Chesmar’s new Villa Collection features six designs base-priced from the $280,000s. The plans range from 1,638 to 1,931 square feet and offer such desirable features as island kitchens, flex space, walk-in closets and more. Two beautifully appointed model homes are open for touring.

For those looking for a city aesthetic, HistoryMaker Homes at Parkway Place is the answer. These stately, two-story townhomes offer up to three bedrooms and 1,742 square feet. Lawn maintenance is included in HOA dues, so extended travel is no problem!

Duplexes

Beazer Homes offers luxury duplexes from its Duet Series in Sienna. Priced from the $310,000s, most of these floor plans are single-story with open-concept living and two to three bedrooms. Sizes range from 1,579 to 2,149 square feet. Beazer Homes is well known for its energy-saving features, and average monthly energy cost estimates for these plans range from $61 to $121. Later this year, Beazer will have waterfront homesites.

Like the townhomes, lawn care is included with HOA dues for these duplexes.

Single-family Homes

Smaller single-family homes in Sienna are full of style and function — just check out David Weekley Homes! The builder offers designs for 35-foot homesites and 40-foot properties.

The plans for 35-foot homesites are priced from the $270s — our lowest price point. These smartly designed floor plans range from 1,374 to 2,492 square feet, and buyers can choose from two to four bedrooms. All of the homes feature rear-entry garages for a charming streetscape, as well as open-concept living and flex space. Several designs have the owner’s suite upstairs, ideal for parents who want to be on the same level as their children.

More variety can be found in the builder’s plans for 40-foot homesites in Sienna. Ranging from 1,520 to 2,420 square feet, these homes are priced from the low $300,000s. Several single-story designs are available, with the option to choose additional bedrooms versus flex space. Larger designs include such features as a sunroom and upstairs retreats. All have ample covered outdoor space for relaxing outside and grilling burgers or steaks.

Shea Homes and Perry Homes are now selling in our newest neighborhood of Bees Crossing. Shea Homes has three one-story designs ranging from 1,624 to 1,866 square feet and five two-story plans offering 2,134 to 2,588 square feet. Buyers can select from three to five bedrooms. Several floor plans have a home office, a game room and flex space, and structural options give buyers more opportunities to customize their homes. Pricing is from the $370,000s.

Perry Homes has also started sales in Bees Crossing, offering 13 one- and two-story floor plans that range in size from 1,500 to 2,443 square feet. The floor plans boast open-concept living areas, spacious primary suites and three to four bedrooms. Several designs also have a home office or a game room. Pricing is from the $370,000s.

Bees Crossing is located along Sienna Parkway and McKeever Road in Sienna’s northern section, putting residents near the many shops, restaurants and other conveniences found in this part of Sienna.
