New Amenity Alert — Sawmill Lake Club is Expanding!

Sawmill Lake Club is expanding, and that expansion brings new recreational opportunities for Sienna residents.

The Sawmill Lake Event Pavilion combines indoor and outdoor amenities, all overlooking the relaxing waters of Sawmill Lake. An indoor event center will be available for rent, and its broad patios overlook Sawmill Lake. The 3,850-square-foot pavilion features a large multi-purpose activity room that will be available for parties, receptions, banquets, youth camps, art classes and more. A kitchen with a 10-foot island is open to the multi-purpose activity room. A smaller, 250-square-foot meeting room offers space for private meetings. Each space has dramatic views of Sawmill Lake.

The pavilion opens to the adjacent event lawn and nearby will be steps down to a lake promenade. A trail will connect it to Sawmill Lake Club.

The expansion also includes more outdoor areas to enjoy Sawmill Lake. The promenade leads to an overlook plaza that will have ample seating and café lights. Nearby will be covered picnic tables and a food truck zone, making it easy for residents to picnic lakeside. Additional parking will serve the expansion, and the parking lot will include a boat ramp for residents to launch their non-motorized boats.

Construction is underway now, with the complex slated to open in spring 2024.

Sawmill Lake Club is already one of Sienna’s signature amenities. A clubhouse has meeting space, a fitness center and beautiful open area with a wine bar. Outside is a firepit and large patio. The clubhouse anchors a resort-style pool, and nearby are a splash pad and playground with a zip line that is popular with all ages.

The Sawmill Lake Event Pavilion isn’t the only new amenity planned for Sienna. Several new parks and a new recreation complex are in the planning stages. Watch for updates as we continue to add to the many amenities that give Sienna its signature lifestyle!
