Chesmar Brings Neighbors Together

Chesmar Homes is bringing neighbors together with a new series of urban-styled homes that share a courtyard perfect for outdoor gatherings.

The Courtyard Collection is a series of single-family floor plans featuring three to four bedrooms, flex space, covered patios and — on most plans — covered balconies. The homes are configured around a shared courtyard driveway. Homes are priced from just below $300,000.

The hope is that residents will take advantage of the courtyard to do more than drive their cars into the garage. The space is similar to a cul-de-sac in that children can play safely away from busy streets. Parents can keep an eye on them from the balconies. Block parties and informal gatherings are sure to take place as neighbors get to know each other.

Chesmar offers seven two-story home designs in The Courtyard Collection, ranging from 1,474 to 2,046 square feet. You can choose from plans with common living areas upstairs or downstairs. Flex space and options for a home office allow for customizations. There are 67 available homesites.
