About Melissa

Melissa Hayslip is a longtime resident of Sienna, moving to the community in 1999. Melissa says she knew she loved Sienna after friends and even complete strangers stopped to help her oldest son after he had a minor bike accident on his way home from school. Planning to stay rooted in Sienna, the mother of two boys and Dulles High School alum has become a fixture in the Fort Bend community, serving as past president of the Fort Bend Junior Service League and involved with the American Cancer Society’s Couture for the Cause since 2011. Melissa is an active member of the Harvest United Methodist Church in Sienna and serves as the congregation’s Prayer Ministry Team Lead. She was also honored to be selected a Fort Bend Jewel by Fort Bend Focus Magazine in 2012. In addition to volunteering, Melissa enjoys Aggie football, spending time with friends and family, and — of course — attending the many events hosted in Sienna.
